Jason Lewis, MD
Dr. Lewis is Certified by the Board of Anesthesia in Anesthesia with a sub-specialty certification in Pain Medicine and holds a Kentucky Medical License. Dr. Lewis earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville in 2004 and has since completed a General Surgery Internship, Anesthesia Residency, and a Pain Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Lewis is a Diplomat of the Board of Anesthesia, and member of American Society of Anesthesia, Kentucky Society of Anesthesia, American Medical Association, Greater Louisville Medical Society, and Kentucky Medical Association. He has worked as a faculty member at University of Louisville’s Department of Anesthesia and as a Staff Physician/Pain Medicine Liaison at a major hospital. Dr. Lewis also has his private pilot’s license and is an FAA aviation medical examiner.
S. Kyle Young, MD
Dr. Young is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. He earned his medical degree at Medical College of Georgia in 2005, was Chief Anesthesiology Resident and Pain Management Fellow at University of Louisville Hospital from 2007 - 2010 earning several awards and honors. Dr. Young is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Indiana. Dr. Young is currently a partner at Center for Spine and Sports Medicine and was previously attending Pain Management Physician at Bluegrass Pain Consultants from 2010 - 2012. While at University of Louisville, Dr. Young was Head of Medical Student Recruitment, Member of the Resident Review and Curriculum Committees.
James Jackson , MD
Dr. Jackson is Certified by the American Board of Anesthesia in Anesthesia with a sub-specialty certification in Pain Medicine and holds a Kentucky Medical License. Dr. Jackson earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville in 1998. He completed his Residency & Fellowship Training at the University of Louisville College of Medicine as follows: Department of Perioperative Medicine and Anesthesiology, Intern year and CA-1 thru CA-3, 2002 - 2006 and Pain Fellowship 2006-2007. Dr. Jackson is a member of the American Board of Anesthesia, Kentucky Medical Association, and Louisville and Kentucky Societies of Anesthesiology. He previously worked as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Anesthesiology at the University of Louisville including specific instruction in Pain Management and Regional Anesthesia.

Maureen leverages 14 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Acute Pain Management, Acute Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Wound Care, and various long-term care scenarios. Maureen is Certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Credentialing Corporation, and Basic Life Support. Maureen earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from University of Louisville and member of the National Honor Society of Nursing.
