At Kentucky Pain Associates, we administer injections such as trigger point injections, joint injections, steroid injections, cortisone injections, and more. Our injections treat conditions like knee pain, lower back pain, neck pain, radiating leg pain, and other pain to the body’s extremities.
For chronic pain (usually after 3 months of treatment and on a lien basis), KPA provides a variety of interventional pain management procedures such as cervical and lumbar epidurals, various nerve blocks, occipital nerve blocks (for headaches), joint injections, radio frequency ablation and more. KPA has installed a C-Arm to provide fluoroscopic guidance to help us perform these chronic pain procedures for injured patients.
